Not sure what the 3 cities will be? Also I have some questions. k first of all what is the 3 city I know theres blacklight comaris view and?

Second in Oblivion there are abandoned old imperial forts every where maybe we could implant some across your lands and maybe use some for housing the nordic invasion army? bandits,goblins,undead maybe even some of Azhags troops?

Well there are two cities and one town.

The two cities are: Blacklight and Windhelm (in Skyrim)
The town is Cormaris View.
All the others are villages.

The only other thing is design. Since it is part of Redoran territory Cormaris will be Redoran so any Imperial design should only be in Blacklight (I had a vote for any additional Imperial settlements and the vote went to Redoran).

Well, I did like Skingard's design and I'm thinking of using it for Blacklight. But I may use some of Anvil's designs as well.

I never played the original blacklight (I discovered this site after I reformated a few weeks ago and I didn't get to reinstall morrowind) Can you give me a screenshot of it from Morrowind?
