One of the later quests by the government.

A ring by the former monarchy is needed by the present government is needed to keep peace with it. The only problem is that the tomb is guarded by undead. But when the PC has gotten to the heart of the tomb the ring has already been stolen from it, prompting another quest to find the ring throught the provinces to find the clues where the ring could be found.
