Here is an update for today 8/10:
Finally adding more dialogue options to the NPC's. Already changing the Dark Guard script and a few of the other NPC's.
Changed the Eastern Fishing Village to Vistamorn (thanks to Telesphoros for the name)
Added shacks & buildings to Astarsis Plantation, the Plantation is unfinished so it is not up for claiming yet.
More landscape fixes done, still a lot more to do
When the exteriors are finished, will start using objects from Silgrad as dependencies.

Today 8/11:
Added the Windmill to the Astarsis plantaion. The fencing around the farm is coming along nicely.
Adding flags to the lightposts in Blacklight.
Added portucullis to all entry points to Blacklight.
Began adding the nice light fixtures that are used in Silgrad for night use and detailing the buildings that have them.
More fixes on the landscape. All major additions to the exterior are done, now it's to the detailing.

Today 8/14:
My knee has been acting up again so I've not been able to do much work
(stiffness makes it hard to stay on the computer). Working on it so
hopefully it will be more comfortable by tomorrow and I can get more
work done.

Today 9/20
With the old computer up an running I'll soon be releasing 1-3 with all
the submitted interiors. I'm still working on (-21, 12) with decorating
by the bookstore (the screenshot I took looked quite bare there.

Today 10/11
Changing the banners on the lampposts to a more active one. Slight
changes on the palace with the new Black Light pulsing from the high
tower. Also still continuing decorating (-21, 12) with more added
trees, flowers, rocks and landscape smoothing.

Today 11/14:
Object count is over 650 for (-21,12). Added archers to walls and more
guards to the streets in the cell. Still trying to cover up bare areas
with detail and placing ivy on the walls to give it a better look. I
think the final count of objects will be a little over 700. Hopefully
this week I'll release 1-3b.

Now I understand again why I get headaches visiting the TR forums. I
was looking for the claims maps and I read on the forums that my mod is
messed up and half of the meshes don't work.
I don't think that modder realized that ST is now needed to see all the
work in Blacklight propoerly. It makes me laugh afterwards
Not to be negative to him, but I did send him a message that ST was
needed to use the newest versions of BL. I don't think he understood.
Oh well.

Hehe, yeah. The "revamping" seems to lead to interesting discussions... The atmosphere and spirit of the city will always carry on - with you. And I can't wait to experience it again in Oblivion

Hehe, yeah I love the discussion of why the city uses daedric stone for
the roadways. The city is called Blacklight so the dark purple road
texture was perfect for the walkways. I'm beginning to think that they
have no clue why my original version to "hug the water" and make it a
port city.
At least in Oblivion I can put it back in its original location and make it a city that will be even greater.
Maybe we should get a team together and rebuild Hammerfell and show TR what it really means to build worlds.

I love the notion of going back to the Morrowind Province though. I
think it's a solid concept, and for some reason the prospect feels warm
and comfortable to me. Rebuilding Morrowind seems like a popular
concept on ESF, since a new thread suggesting it pops up every other
week, but the fanboys doesn't seem as interested when they find out
people have been working on that idea for ages.

The next version is coming well along. All the buildings now match the
texture of the ones in (-21, 12) and I've added the signs for the new
buildings. I'm going to get a new photo of (-21, 11) of the palace area
so I can put those up for claiming. I may put up some exterior cells
for claiming if anyone wants to do some exterior work before Oblivion.

I've also been working on a new script locking the doors at night and
setting a lock so pickpocketers can open the doors at night.

I'm currently giving some buildings at (-20, 11) more objects. There
are more signs and I'll be putting up those buildings for claiming
without the "unnamed building" designation.

After releasing the last version I haven't been able to do any work as
of late. The reason is that the Doctor told me to rest up after a
little accident I had last Sat. I'm feeling a lot better now and
probably next week I'll get some more work done.

Glad to hear that
But... but... Oblivion is just ten days away? Won't you be able to mod for it?

I understand
Inbetween spells I forget how it's like to be really sick. I've been
pretty fortunate myself, so I can only imagine what you've gone through.
Looking forward to modding with you, I wouldn't mind a house in Blacklight if one's open.

I'll make sure you get a good one to work on! Feeling a lot better
today but still have some more tests to go through before I find out
what happened to me last Sat. (I went to work and all of the sudden I
blacked out, fell on my head on the concrete floor and ended in the
hospital, as I said this month has been a nightmare but at least I
didn't end up there today
).

Thanks!
I hope the tests doesn't come back with anything really serious. Maybe
it was "just" low blood pressure? I know a couple of people who faint
when their pressure drops. I'm keeping my fingers crossed

Still being a medical disaster. Went to work on Friday when it was cold
and damp (working outside that day) that gave me a virus and caused
vertigo. But I got some powerful prescriptions from my Doc that seems
to be working. So I'll be getting back to work on the Morrowind and
Oblivion versions when I'm able to get back up (using the laptop now)

Are you sure that's what you meant to say?
on the medical side, I've just bought some Tiger Balm for a Chinese
friend (because he wouldn't be able to read the warnings on my western
medicine) - only cost ?3 for the pot - and now he has stopped
smiling...but I did talk with a pal who paramedics and was told that it
is very powerful stuff, and not to put it on scrapes and sores. Maybe
that would help your knee?

I wish my knee was the big problem now, raggidman!
It would be a lot easier to deal with. But with everything else to deal
with I'm learning. With the Diabetes I'm learning how to eat better and
exercise better and getting more weight off me so my blood sugar count
is good (and it has been really good for the last week). I think my Doc
wants me at a low weight so I can keep at good levels.
On the computer front its still giving me a little trouble but I think
it should be resolved by tomorrow (I tried a different method and it
failed). Too late for me to deal with now.

What kind of diabetes do you have?

I'm a borderline type 2. No insulin, just two tablets a day and three blood tests.
It's not a problem, when I have some Oblivion claims up you can help me then!
