Update
OK, here's the results so far:
1. Yup, I think we'll need orc skulls.
(Ironically, I had traded some friendly PMs with the mod creator a day
or two ago on the Bethesda forums about a TES1 - Arena subject. Small
world!)
2. This is Ionis' work. I cleared his permission to use them a
month or so back while working on the prototype height map. It's the
third item listed in the Armor section of the Resources for Claim Use
announcement over in the claims forum. (He was quite gracious about it,
too - thank you Ionis!). Thanks for posting the link too - it will save
me having to go and get it as I update that announcement to give folks
access to the resources links.
3. I like that armor too and it will ease some of the 3D work
that Gyssar faces. I'll see if we can get the modder's permission for
it.
4. The RealSwords package looks great!
Any idea if the creator has gotten the Breton package done to compliment it?
5. Yup, we can always use re-texured clutter for the mod.
6. This is good, but what really grabs me is the tiara worn by
the female PC in the images. I'd love to find a resource for that to
use with the nobles of the city-states. You might also want to run this
by LadyN too in the Visual Discussions area, since she has agreed to
work on some Ren Faire styled clothing for the mod.

The ESM updates will eventually be handled by an automated system which Gyssar is currently setting up.
As to ESP design, can I ask you to expand on what you mean? I have some
ideas on what you are driving at, but I want to be certain I know what
I am talking about before I go digging in to this one.

I noticed a list of external mod resources you are going to use, do you
want moders to create .esps dependant on them, essentialy broken until
intigrate with the .esm but requiring fewer updates, or do you want to
merge resources with the .esm, and have moders work off of the .esm?

Now I understand. Thanks for clarifying.
We would prefer to merge the ESPs and/or simply extract the resources
from the ESPs for use. The various creature expansions, for example,
have a lot more items in them then we want or need, so to keep the mod
master file size down to something reasonable, we want to get edited
versions of these sorted out.
In fact, that is one of the preparatory claims we need to post when the
claims forums is up and running - a modder who is willing to take the
stuff we need from the original ESP and refine to something smaller.
I'll be doing some of it, but I'll need lots of help! (To the good, we
picked a number of the mods used because they were simply the resources
in an ESP, but not all of them are like that.)

Regarding claims, I just wanted to mention that I have all of the claims resource files linked over in the Claims Forum. If anyone finds a bad link, PM me about it so I can get it fixed.
One item of note - I have the written permission of Vitalikkk (twice
actually) to use his woman-imp mod, however, it would appear the file
is missing from the TESNexus download area. If anyone can find the
download link and post it, I would be most grateful.
