You were right Razor. 
I used the same font however I used a little artistic license to give
them names and meanings. They are now truly Skyrim's runes. If someone
would like to "decorate" or stylize the runes, please do so and post
them here as well. hehe
I'm including the font file again, for those who may not have it. You
have to install the font file to your Font directory in Windows. Just
open the directory and copy or move the .ttf file directly into it.
That's all there is to it.

Edit: I will probably change some of the rune drawings a bit, not sure
yet. If I do however I'll be sure to post the changes on the board.
