Click this screenshot for a link with the locatoin of the claim:

Interior Model: BrumaHouseUpper01INT
Description: This store/home is owned by a wealthy Dunmer trader named Baryn Indarys. He sells all sorts of quality goods, as well as furniture upgrades for the PC ownable home in Riften.

1. To claim this location, please post a reply saying so. It's not granted until Siegfried ok's it, which he/I usually do.

2. To mod a claim, start a new .esp dependant on oblivion.esm. Mod the location at your discretion and free time, within reason. You don't have to, and can't, hook it up the town exterior - that's done by Siegfried after merging. Make sure to include a pathgrid.

I'm thinking about doing this as it relates to the Tower for Sale.

Is there any relation to Count Andel Indarys in Cyrodil? Also, do I include the barrel for the Tower Reciepts in this .esp or the Tower for Sale .esp? The reciepts will have to be put in there when they're both merged, so the merchant will know to sell them.

Granted Check No relation to the count. Why not just build the store in the same esp as the tower? That way you don't have to worry about scripts getting messed up in the merge or anything.
