Claim 8: Riften Fighters Guild Hall

Model: CheydinhalHouseUpper02Interior
Description: Its the Hall of the Riften Fighters Guild. It should house 4-7 fighters. Look to other guild halls ingame for inspiration.

1. To claim this location, please post a reply saying so. It's not granted until Siegfried ok's it, which he/I usually do.

2. To mod a claim, start a new .esp dependant on oblivion.esm. Mod the location at your discretion and free time, within reason. You don't have to, and can't, hook it up the town exterior - that's done by Siegfried after merging. Make sure to include a pathgrid.

As I'm planning the FG I may as well claim this.

Haerter's Gap is still having a few troubles and the Tower for Sale is waiting for the new .esm, anyway.

A very early version which still needs a heap of work.

EDIT: Sieg, perhaps you should change the claim descriptions to say also dependent on the Skyrim Resource.esm?

I checked it out, shaping up nicely. Use the new Riften interior models though. Look under skyrim-->Riften2. Also you probably want to give it a basement for them to train in.

Here's the latest version, the interior is almost done. I've got to add some more clutter i.e. beer and other stuff.

Yeah, you'll need to do the NPCs and dialogue, could you also put a small basement for the fighters to train in. The Falmer weapons are fine the way they are. The guild is shaping up very nicely

BTW could you put Baryn Indarys's dialogue up for claims?

Could you make his dialogue play him up to be a bit of a Riften tycoon. He doesn't have to have inherited the tower, he can have bought it, and then plans to turn a profit by selling the furnishings necessary. Also I think in the lower class districts of Riften once the claims go up he'll own an inn, a couple of shops, and maybe rent out a few homes. The dialogue about that can be added later, but the bit that is getting done now should show that he is succesful.

What Dunmer accent? TES3 or TES4?

This claims kinda on semi-hold while I do interiors for Haerter's Gap.

Well, as I'm waiting on Greybeard to check out the HG interiors, I decided to start putting NPCs in here (I still gotta put in a basement, too.) The FG leader is called Iogiear or something similar. What armour should he wear? Currently I have an Imperial cuirass and the rest bronze chainmail which actually looks pretty cool.

Okey dokey I have three NPCs so far and a basement (not tested yet and I'll change some things in there.) Any more needed? I'll probably add a practice package so the NPCs go down to the basement and fight every so often as well.

Here's the latest version. It has three NPCs, some AI done, no dialogue as yet and two full functioning interiors AFAIK.
