he would like to combine the castle here http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index...howtopic=454553 with our teaser(assuming Greybeard doesn't mind) and work with our team creating new armors and content. |
I don't think a castle anywhere close to that size will fit on the
mountainside. I had problems pulling the hillsides to get the few small
buildings I have to fit. If we're doubling the land area in Skyrim,
there should be a place for it, but you'll need flatlands or at least
low rolling hills to accommodate it. |
No worries, I talked to Ulath and he said he built his castle in a
seperate worldspace, so we can just set it up like Pale pass or
something. |

I have attempted to contact everyone of the list up to http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index...howtopic=471783, and am sad to report that not a single TESscource account was a TESF account name.

How about this guy's nordic mail retexture?
I reckon that if I tweak it a little it could look quite good.

What about the Official Forum accounts? Did any of them get back to
you, anyway even if you couldn't get permission from the TESsource
accounts, I'm sure a few of the mods give permission to use there
content in the readmes, so we're ok there, and I think I can dig up
permission from some of the others on the official forums.
xfir- I contacted Miaq about his armor, but he said he lost it all in and HD failure.

your first three links to the ESF were bad, no such page. The only
person n that list to reply was the ravenwear armour, people seem to
leave the modding community after a while, it's sad. I have a couple to
do at the bottom, wish me luck.
staves, polearms, and spears has this to say
USAGE

Use it however you like, I only ask that you give me credit for the originals.
I have contacted, and await reply, demoizzer on the golems.

Thanks Dark Asmodeus. Its best not to use TESsource, because it gives
DA a heck of a time getting in touch with people. It could be used for
officers, but I doubt the normal soldiers would use black, since it
would stick out like a sore thumb in the wilderness, I imagine they
would use light grey armor to not reflect, but blend in with the snow. |

Perfect for the 'dung-coated vagabond' (to quote a certain wizard) or penniless free lance.

Yet another good-looking hammer here, here, here, and here. Not sure if Mr. Dave will include it in his Flamberge in Oblivion mod, but pics of the hammer can be found in that thread.

I like the orcish armor and the sword. Seems that they would fit in
very naturally. But I'm not sure about the other set. My first
impression is that it's too ornate. It would look nice as trophy armor
or for an honor guard, but doesn't feel like "working" armor to me. |

Thats why I suggested they could guard The Throat of the World

I think we may be better off retexturing our own shields. It actually
isn't too hard, and we could have more flexibility. But if we use that
one, we already have a lot of work done, so perhaps we could use both
our own and his.

Bonemold Raiement? Interesting...
Dark Ebony, well, I think perhaps the Nords would have something a little more... barbaric...
But the sword I think is a good find.

The sword defininetly, the bonemold raiment could be use for a Redoran
character I have planned for the mainquest. I don't know about the Dark
Ebony... |
