Actaully all the pieces I managed to scrounge up look exactly the same as the one in BM, the only new model that is needed is the Pauldrons which nothing in OB looks like.

I don't think any stock OB model looks quite like the Honour Guard armor from BM. What model are you using?

The Cuirass is a Dwemer one with the Pauldrons removed, the greaves are Orcish, the Guantlets are Dwemer (from what I recall), and the boots are ebony.

It took me quite awhile to judge what parts would look the best, also I was looking at the concept not the ingame set.

I think I got it about 89% looking the same.

Wha? Why make them ourselves when we can use his?! And who'd model/ retex them anyway?

I would or another modder would, and its pretty easy to change colours. Also he has done quite a shabby job with his retexs, most people who can retex on our forums could do better.

TOYB, if you can do a better job with the textures please go ahead.
The wolves are excellent and there is no reason why we can't use them.

You have permission to use the snow textured stuff. Just a warning, I still need to make parts of it seamless.
Edit: I updated the file and it is now seamless.

I found this and it looks like it may be useful. It has a few bits of clothing that we could use, such as the white wolf coat.

cheers

Thought these might be useful.

Cliff Set (needs to be converted to Oblivion)
http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index...582440&hl=cliff
I know they'd look very nice in Amol with a black texture. Normal cliffs in Oblivion made by the CS are pretty poor looking because of stretched textures and sharp landscape edges. The only way to make it look good is a lot of rocks and landscaping which will lower the FPS a lot.

NPC with Jobs
http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index...81371&hl=Mining
Could be useful for making Skyrim lively. It'd be nice to see people mining the caves, fishing the rivers and hunting.

Classic Travel
http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index...howtopic=501089
Some parts of this might be useful like horse carts/carriages.

The cliffs look excellent, I think we might be able to use them for The Rift as well. Yes Nice find! Good job!

The NPCs with Jobs mod is awesome, but implementing something like that in Skyrim it would be a lot of work. I'm all for it, but it's something that will have to wait 'till the later stages of development.

Skyrim will feature classic (Morrowind style) travel as it was decided long ago. I'm aware of the Classic Travel mod and will have a closer look at it when we start implementing the travel system. :)

Npcs with jobs would only cause problems I think. I like the other two, I also like your stuff unholyalliance, some pretty decent retextures in there, which look very skyrim themed.

If we can, why not give jobs to some NPCs and not the whole population or limit it to certain areas like a mine or lumberyard. That way a player witnesses work being done rather than a bunch of NPCs wandering or standing around all the time.

It's similar to the woman painting in Anvil. It's something different and it's nice to see.

Uhuh, and pretty much done. The only thing I cant really figure is how to let fires warm you, but its not a big deal compared to the issues we had before. Theres only balancing left really.

(btw I took the abilitys adding idea from that mod, when I saw that I started again)

Edit: Its not my base though, I havent looked at their scripts and my version contains 8 hypothermia level and that one only one, also it works for npcs and youll get warmed while walking in less cold weather.

Skeletal Horse

Seeing how we have this whole undead theme with the MQ this might turn out to be useful once it's completed. A skeleton... riding on a skeletal horse... crazy! :D

Some of them are dope :) perticularly the swords are nice. I have some reservations about the way 1-3 of the ebony hammers/axes and thew odd other one were textured. On the whole its nice.

Speaking of hammers, does anyone else think it's kinda foolish to have hammers for every set out there?

Err... no. :D Perhaps it's a bit foolish, but as I said, I'm mainly interested in the models... we might even make them unique hammers for all I care. Tongue

Why would it be foolish? I like hammers. I fact the next weapon model I make will probably be a hammer.
