 A misc. quest subtly involving chuck norris |

So here's a quest idea of mine. In a pub, when you click rumours on a specific nord, he says something like this:
"I heard of a fella, though I not know his name. Some say he's real,
some say he's myth. They say that he need no weapon, for his feet are
as sharp as a sword and thick like a warhammer. They say he need no
armour, for his skin is thick as leather, and his bones are hard like
rock. They don't say his name, but they tell him as being a fierce
being, killing all that lay eye upon him. Everyone fears him, even the
trolls, even the dead. He was last seen in the mountains, but the poor
lad that say him was not able to mutter even a word, for swift as
lightning the man were upon him, and the boy was dead in an instant,
from single kick to the head. They don't know where he be drawing his
power from, whether he even be human. But they say, that the one who
can bring him down, will be owed favours from even Sithis himself."
Thus, you are given a quest to search for this infamous super human. A
marker is put on your map on the mountains. After searching for a
little while, you will come across a corpse, of the boy who died, with
a note describing a cave, and starting to describe a big humanoid but
then suddenly stops (when he died). Searching for this cave will bring
you to the home of Chuck Norris. As you search the cave you will find
all sorts of dead creatures and powerful items. Upon getting to the end
of the cave, you will find 3 chests, a bedroll, and a very large man.
The man will be scaled to be stronger than you, very skilled at h2h,
have a high strength and endurance, and essentially kick your ass
unless you are very
skilled and have good enchantments. If you beat him you will get access
to the chests, which will contain some good items. On chuck's body
there will be a note that says something in relation to being sad that
everyone shuns him and runs away upon seeing him.
Any other ideas?

but I don't think he should be evil in it, rather I think he should
just kind of be there. Like make him some random village chieftain, the
beard makes him fit the part perfectly 
or make him a character like Owen from the arena who runs the battles.
