I think it would be really cool if there was a person, who had a toy
work shop in the wilderness, who had silver hair and wore a red outfit
who was jolly and had a big sack, wouldn't need a quest or anything to
go with him, maybe some rumors about him but not a full quest, that
would spoil the light hearted fun of finding him and asking for a
present, however the special thing about him would be that he would
only give the PC a present if he had been a good person (Infamy, Fame
Ratio) ofcourse he wouldn't be called Santa (maybe in the ID) but
rather *name* the Jolly or something. Also maybe he has the only tame
deer or something.

definately no quest and hopefully it would be more of a pure easteregg
thing. Hard to find etc. Possibly things like easter eggs shouldnt be
discussed in the public forums either? =p might be even more "rare" if
the door was locked almost all year round and only unlocked in the
winter months at around the right time?

I don't want him to be an easter egg, but rather just something really
special which the PC can find, also there would be rumors about him,
probably not in a hold but rather small villages. But you are on the
rights lines of what I'm thinking about Corwyn.
