We could have a Nord lumberjack named "place name here" who was out a bit long while getting wood so he have maby been damaged by wolfs or just been taken by the frost. or have gotten home after a wolf attack to damaged to do his work (so you can choose to do it) What ya think??

Good idea, I think he got lost in a blizzard and the player has to go find him, give him a flagon of mead Wink and then lead him home. Simple, but all quests don't have to be complex.
