I'm having a problem remembering who can do what (maybe that's just normal at my age

Um, I did a small recoloring mod for Morrowind Shown Here
and I'd like to help out if I can...but my computer can't run oblivion
so I don't have it...although I was informed you can download the CS
for free? Even so, I've only got photoshop 4.something to work with, so
I doubt I can do any fancy stuff like transparencies or reflecion
mapping...
