I'm gonna take a while to look through the other quest lines and
comment as much as I can but along with other things I'm doing I'm
going to try to start a quest line for the Skyrim Dark Brotherhood.
I hope to have a teaser quest soon

This has been discussed before, and we will not be featuring a DB
questline in Skyrim. However they will have an Inn that is run by them,
and there will be a few Misc quests avalible to people who are already
members of the DB, feel free to write one.

Just wondering...
Why would the DB open up an Inn
? A bunch of Secerative Dark Merciless assassins opening up an Inn in
the middle of Skyrim? I would say there should be another sanctuary in
Skyrim, even if you can't do quests there as:
A) you are by now probably the Listner and
B) It's a different sanctuary to the Cheydinhal one.
If there was an Inn, I don't think the DB would advertise that they own
it. I feel that It should be like any other inn, although down in the
cellar, there could be a door to the sanctuary (if there is gonna be
one). If the door asks you a question like the one in Cheydinhal, I
wouldn't make it a One answer question...well, what I mean is make it a
question like the entrance to Hrothmund's bane, but you only know the
correct possible answers If you are the Listner. Or, If it was a One
answer question, and you were the Listner, you could get the Correct
Answer from one of the Owners of the Inn as they recognize you to be
the Listner.
I belive this is the case for ALL the other sanctuarys in all
provinces... If your the Listner, what other work is there to be done?
Unless...
The Night Mother gives out a lot more targets every week, so that you
can pursue some targets, and leave some for fellow guild mates?

How about a DB sanctuary in a chapel to one of the divines?

Where would the last place to look for an unholy DB sanctuary be? Underneath a divine chapel.

First thing is: The Nords don't follow the Nine Divines they have there
own set of Aedra, so they don't have chapels in the traditional sense.
Second thing is: From what I see in this thread the DB will not be
settled in a sanctuary, instead they will be the secret owners of an
Inn in witch they reside.
