Hey all,
I posted something like this in the witches, headge wizards and Rouge mages thread and basically it goes like this:
A witch/rouge mage (perhaps a necromancer?) has kidnapped/ killed the
son of a Local nord Chieftan. The cheiftan is now rounding up warriors
to go out and hunt down this witch/mage and bring them to justice, and
if the son has not been killed, to retrieve him and get him back to his
father. However, the witch also has a few tricks up her sleeve (traps
in a cave where she might be hiding, other witches aiding her etc.)
I haven't thought of what the reward could be, and expanding on this
idea, for every witch you kill (not a quest, just a little bonus to
help you in skyrim), collect some evidence (not sure what) and bring it
to the Order of Oak and Thorn, Skyrim's witch hunting shamans. If you
collect enough evidence, you may be asked to join the order in the hunt
for witches (although I'm not sure if Kukulza or anybody else already
has plans for the Order of Oak and Thorn)...
