This quest is about the barmaid in Haerter's Gap.

When you talk to her she says that she is really happy that she decided to live up there, and that she is really "Appreciated" by the guards stationed here. She also says that she has been missing her sister from Bruma, and that it would of been really nice if she had come up with her to live. The next part of the quest is for you to go to Bruma and find her sister, once found you tell her that her sister is missing her and ask if she would come to live with her. You must bring her dispostion up to 80 before she will agree to come with you.
As a reward the barmaid says that you have free accomadation here at anytime.

Just remember there are only so many quests we can put in Haerter's Gap.
