Claim 2 vanished into nothingness
Claim 3, 2RiftenHouseMiddle05Interior, Funiture Style: medium

Progress thread: Claim ER8 [11/18/2006]

A medium size house owned by an Imperial or Dark Elf, they can live on their own or have a partner, it's up to you.
You have freedom to do what you want.
Claim 11 Model 2RiftenHouseMiddle05Interior, Funiture Style: medium
-Khosatral
A medium size house owned by a old Nord
You have freedom to do what you want.
Claim 13 Model 2RiftenHouseMiddle01Interior, Funiture Style: medium
-Alasdair
A fine clothing store run by a high elf
You have freedom to do what you want.
Progress thread: Claim ER13 - Nalcarum's Fine Clothes
More claims coming soon! (hopefully)
If you want to claim one of these buildings, post a reply saying so,
then create a new thread for any progress reports/screenshots or
whatever in order to avoid clogging up this thread. Since all these
claims are in the eastern part of riften, when making a new thread make
sure to include either the letters ER (east riften) or the words
eastern riften, eg Eastern Riften Claim 1, or Claim ER1. This will help
to distinguish these claims from the already existing riften claims.
All Claims must be granted by either me or sombody with the appropriate
power, claims will usually be granted unless there is some special
reason why the interior cannot be done. Have fun!
have been put on hold, please claim a riften one.

I'd like claim 7 but I heard there were no more bruma houses for the
taking. They were going to be removed or something, but I am probably
wrong here. |

hmm, i'm getting a missing texture thing when I try to put the interior
in. I looked for it manually and couldn't find it. Obscure. I'll look
into it further. |

You need to download the first master and then the update. I haven't
had a problem of this nature with the master, but I'll take a look at
it as soon as I can.
Oh and well done Alasdair, very well organized.

Oops, I meant I only had the update, I'm assuming the retextured houses were just in the first master then.

As I've said prior to giving you the position of control of Riften, all
the bruma style buildings are to be scraped as they are more "Nordic"
and by not using in this city it gives the others more character.
Riften has a unique arcitecture of the retex of Cheydinhal, and ofcourse your new LC in the works.
The Bruma style ones do look cool, and they will feature in other citys(are the main arcitecture in Windhelm).

Cool, also PM Psychotic for which shield is for the Riften guards(He made a bg pack for the holds awhile ago).
Also you might want to consider making the city square smaller
and Thnx for removing the Bruma housing

Hehe... yeah what he said.
The plaza in front of the castle/palace looks a bit too empty though I have no idea what you could use to make it more natural.

Wow 4?! cool
although claim 'em one at a time, finishing each one before going onto the next.
Since I can't edit my first post here are the updated claims, all the riften style building claims have remained the same.
Claim 1, Model 2RiftenHouseMiddle04Interior, Funiture Style: medium
A general store run by a nord and his wife.
You have freedom to do what you want, within reason.
Claim 2 vanished into nothingness
Claim 3, 2RiftenHouseMiddle05Interior, Funiture Style: medium
A medium sized alchemy store owned by an imperial or breton female
(Forge is now on west side of riften due to space constraints)
Claim 4 Model 2RiftenHouseMiddle06Interior, Funiture Style: medium
A medium sized house owned by a nord couple.
You have freedom to do what you want.
Claim 5 Model 2RiftenHouseUpper02Interior, Funiture Style: upper
A huge riften style house owned by a very rich nord and his imperial wife.
You have freedom to do what you want, just make it very lavish.
Claim 6 Model 2RiftenHouseUpper01Interior, Funiture Style: upper
Owned by a rich (retired) dunmer trader who has come to live in riften.
You have freedom to do what you want, maybe include some sort of suprise in the basement (nothing to wierd).
Claim 7 Model 2RiftenHouseMiddle05, Funiture Style: upper
A medium size house owned by another rich nord.
You have freedom to do what you want.
Again, more claims hopefully coming soon! (9-13)

Download both the files posted in this
thread and extract them to your oblivion data directory, you do not
need the riften alpha file. Make the .esp dependant on the oblivion
master file and the skrim resource master file only, nothing else.
