Ok, I mentioned a celtic flavoured Daedra quest back on main skyrim page, could be cool....but

the idea of being caught up in a murderous war of succession is pretty cool. Normans and to a lesser extent vikings were famous for their brutal power plays. This could take the form of a more open ended DB style of quests, with consequences depending on PC choice. Which brother to murder? Each brother has faults and defaults that are learned from talking to house servants and guards

One is a drunk (duh, he's a nord) and useless with policy

One is a dandy, no real fighting skills, grew up in Imperial city, a mage

One is a brutal warrior that demands a return to the old ways of fire and darkness (maybe a Daedra worshipper)

the last is a respected sea captain, who is reluctant to settle

Which one can rule best? Which one murdered their father?

NOTE: Once again, I am new, this area says quests so I hope I get it right. The idea of a living breathing Skyrim makes me dribble on myself and people are starting to stare.....i want to help, to HELP!

I hate them all, they're all scum! :D Maybe the player should have the choice of killing them all and taking the throne himself. Chaos

I like the idea very much, the player's choice could even have an effect on a future quest related in some way to the specific town/village where this would all play out. Yes

Maybe you could go in a bit more detail with this and see what you come up with. Start from how the player will begin the quest to how it will end with the different choices.

Dancing Banana WELCOME TO SKYRIM Dancing Banana

Also cool quest, although you should write it up in a bit more detail, put in ideas for the consequences choosing each son.

Wow, great and quite rare interactive quest. Good job!
