A key, what would such a item be used for a thief? A thief uses his wit to pick the lock. Dost thou understand? A thief has many instruments.

They can be described as a book. He has his dark wardrobe, this serves as his Book Cover. His dagger, this serves as the ink as he would always need it to write the story. His lockpick, this serves as though a pen, a pen in which is needed to write the story. The last and final "thing", his wit. The wit is not an item nor is it an item in the book it serves as the story for the book and creates the eventual outcome of his fait.

Why does a thief need all of this? A thief needs all of this for what is an armoror without a hammer or what is an artist without a brush. This serves as though the thiefs bound items that he cannot leave without.
Go now dear thief for if you were not a thief when looking at this book you are now a thief for stealing the art of thievery.

I like it, although after several years being forced to study Shakespeare in English (I hated it, lucky I'll never have to do it again Wink ) seeing 'do thou' feels a bit weird. Maybe you could change that to 'Dost thou'.

Actually, I still enjoy reading Shakespeare, and much more =) .

"serves" is much over-used and the book is much too short. Good concept and a good start, though. I'll be looking forward to seeing it as it develops.

I like this line. Yes

As Greybeard said, good concept, too little text. :)

Yes I am thinking we could use it as a note for a quest. Perhaps we could make one for it.
