Arrow Solstheim Quest, Standing Stones of Brodir Grove. Reply to this Post Post Reply with Quote Edit/Delete Posts Report Post to a Moderator       Go to the top of this page

Note: This is a Pilgrimage type quest, and relates to the standing stones at Brodir Grove.

Location: Brodir Grove/Solstheim

This quest begins when you steep into the middle of the standing stones. The camera freezes and one by one each of the stones talk to each other and you. They demand that you fetch them a small colection of plans and herbs, or they will torment you with the sound of scretching in your head. (It is timed so if you don't do it in time you get a scretching sound).

You go to the Skaal Village and ask if anyone is an alchemist (There is one and you by a small colection of plants from her).

You then return to Brodir Grove where they say that they have been appeased, however they still want more. So they now say that for each stone they must pass a test, for each test they get a bleesing (The deed corrisponds with the blessing, for example if the stones blessing was for stealth, etc the mission would be to steal something). Nothing bad happens if you do not do each individual quest unlike the first one.

Feel free to make ideas for each stone (They must corrispond with the blessing of each stone in BM).

The quest is finished when you complete each individual stone and get it's blessing. As a final reward (apart from the blessings) you get access to Brodir Cave (Formally Ulfgar the Unending's Dwelling) and it is loaded with goodies such as armour and gold, etc.

End.

P.S. Yes I did rip-off Monty Python and the Holy Grail for some of the quest Wink

"WE DEMAND A SHRUBERY" :lmao:

I like it. perhaps the screeting sound could be made by sulan? Just wondering though, why is Brodir cave blocked off?

That conflicts with the Chieften's Quest of thirsk, so prehaps something of the Skaal Chieftens possesions...

Kinda off-topic I know, but is the Mace of Aevar Stone-Singer going to be in Solstheim? It was one of the best weapons in Morrowind and could be a reward for completing all the stone's quests if it isn't already part of the MQ.

It would be cool if the blessings were powers or spells, instead of something that just wears off after a couple of minutes.

They are going to be the same as they were in BM.

It's part of the main quest, however you'll probably get another artifact that is unique to Solstheim instead, like the sword of the Bloodskal or somthing similar.
