Claim CR1: Model: FarmHouseInterior04 + FarmHouseInterior04top Furniture Style: Medium Check -albutch
A Homely inn perfect for travellers passing through Riften, they sell some food and basic supplies.

Claim CR2: Model: 2RiftenHouseMiddle03Interior Furniture Style: Medium Check -Olavi
The owner of this shop (nord or orc), repairs weapons and armour as well as selling weapons (but not armour). He's not a very good smith, so he should sell poor quality (damaged) weapons. give him a low armourer skill.

Claim CR3: Model: 2RiftenHouseUpper02Interior Furniture Style: Upper/Medium Check -Richard
House owned by a rich/crazy male (any race), add something cool in the basement (but not really weird).

Claim CR4: Model: 2RiftenHouseUpper03Interior Furniture Style: Upper Check -Richard
Owned by yet another rich nord, make sure to give him some backstory, he could be a retired knight for example, or a famous bard.

Claim CR5: Model: 2RiftenHouseMiddle05Interior Funiture Style: Medium Check -Richard
House, owned by whoever you want

Claim CR6: Model: 2RiftenHouseMiddle01Interior Funiture Style: Medium Check -albutch
Bookstore, owned by whoever you want.

Claim CR7: Model: 2RiftenHouseMiddle01Interior Funiture Style: Medium Check -Richard
House, owned by a nord or nord couple.

Claim CR8: Model: 2RiftenHouseMiddle04Interior Funiture Style: Medium Check -Richard
House, owned by a retired khajjit merchant.

If you want to claim one of the above interiors, post a reply saying so in this thread, and than create a new thread in the Riften Claims board for progress, screenshots etc. The thread title should follow the format Claim CR*number* - *Interior name*

Aha! The final piece of the Riften puzzle is in place. I might grab CR3, because I've never made an 'interesting' int thus far, only normal folk ones.

Well technically all my east Riften claims are on the west side of riften and vice versa, I didn't really think about which side of Riften they were actually on when I posted the east Riften claims thread. :D
