I'll begin writing this in the morning. This is the quest Flin gives you.

"Steal from the Rich" it should be, however I think that a more oringinal name would be better, but it is your choice.

For the name how about "The philanthropy of thievery"? But as TOYB said, it's your choice.

Steal from THE didn't fit... lol
I'll try to think of a better title.
Semi-On Topic: We should have an item for a later quest reward that Flin gives you... "The Robin's Hood" lol.

Haha I think that's a neat idea. It's always good to hide little easter eggs and cultural references for people to find

Sorry... Got in quite the fight with my father about him needing to
discipline my sister for scratching my Warcraft 3 CD and breaking my
Rome Total War CD in half.
Okay... So the name is still being decided, I'll take suggestions.
The quest is given by Flin. You're to steal from this manor house in
Whiterun. On your way through whatever city this should be in, a Nordic
beggar stops you.
"Please, sir, I am Orang(Pronounced Oh-Rahng)... Could you help an old
man fill his stomach and get revenge on an evil daughter-in-law?"
You can agree or disagree, it only gives you a bonus at the end.
"My drunken idiot of a son has let his wife kick me out of the house! I
gave him the house too, damnit! Disrespectful-(undeciphirable
muttering). Well anyway, my daughter-in-law is making a feast tonight
for her side of the family that is visiting. I want you to steal the
dessert!"
This is easy enough. The party is in one room behind a closed door. The
daughter-in-law patrols the kitchen-fireplace route. You could make it
a three room or four room house. Dinner Party Room - Kitchen - Bedroom
- Sitting Room(Fireplace). So you just run in, and when she's in the
Sitting Room, grab the pie. The pie should be sitting near the window
or something. Or maybe have an option if you're good enough in
acrobatics or lockpicking you can unlock the gate or jump over the
fence to activate the window and get the pie that way as well. You
bring it back to the old man who thanks you happily.
"Oh, thank you! Thank you! Now I just need to get my son sober enough to stand up to his wife!"
You start making your way to the manor house again and a woman stops
you and asks if you've seen a necklace with a jade stone set into it
and a golden chain. She says she was setting it into the new jewlery
box she had just bought when a man came by and took the box, then ran
off and that its the last thing she has left of her mother. You
obviously haven't so you can't say yes to this. When you get to the
manor house there are two burly nords guarding the front. They say,
"Beat it, runt... This ain't no soup kitchen or communal home..."
So you have to find another way in. There's a way into the basement
where you have to pick the lock. You go down into the basement where you
can loot some ale and silver goblets. There should be kegs on each wall
like in some of the castles. You can sneak up into the actual house
through some stairs and a door. I think maybe there should be some more
guards, but I'm not sure what type of patrol route to put them on to
make it harder or easier. You then can loot more random stuff, maybe
weapons and armor along with books and misc. crap. Your map leads you
upstairs to a locked chest. You open it to find lots of gold, a hat
called The Robin's Hood, that improves your sneak skill by 5, your
marksmanship by 10, and your lockpicking by 5, and a diamond ring worth
a lot of money. When you sneak out of the house again, the woman
missing the necklace runs up to you.
"Help! Help! I saw a man wearing my necklace, but when I confronted him
he slapped me. Orang tried to stand up for me and stop the man, but he
pulled a knife on Orang. I ran away and I don't know if he's alright."
Your marker leads you to an almost dead Orang with a Dunmer standing over him. They're in an alley and the Dunmer talks to you.
"Good, the Boss sent somebody to clean up this mess. Heh... Could you
believe it? A filthy beggar trying to tell me not to slap someone? I
can slap whoever I want, be it a man or a woman. Being Captain of the
Thieves' Guild gives me control over these filthy bastards..."
So you can choose to say,
"Give the necklace back and leave, scum! You can't treat beggars them
this way!" (Continues the quest line, but this fancy clothes dagger
wielding dunmer attacks you.)
Or
"Of course, sir... I'll kill this wretch." (This will lead to Flin never giving you another quest and him being a jerk to you.)
Choice 1: He may have no armor and be weilding a dagger, but he's a few
levels above yours and can wield some basic magic. His dagger is also
magical and you guys can decide what affect it has. You talk to the
nearly dead Orang and he says,
"Thanks for saving me, I was in a tight spot... Oh, and Flin wants you... <laughs slightly>"
Orang walks off and you can find him roaming the streets around his
home. He'll come into play later as a key informant. By the way... His
son has let him back in his house, he's just taking a stroll. You then
return to Flin and he collects the money you found in the chest. You
get to keep the stuff.
"So you killed Captain Galvon? Good job. He was especially wicked to
the poor of the area and beat them regularily. Didn't think Orang would
get in such a tight spot though... Thanks for backing him up. He works
for me, if you haven't guessed. Now I'll give this money to the poor
and beggars that The Boss continues to exploit. Keep the loot, it's
yours.
If you choose to back up the Captain, you kill Orang easily. Then Flin never talks to you again and the quest line dies.
What'd ya think?

You could call him 'Unclear', according to Tamriel Rebuilt's name generator...

He could have a brother named Otang!
Orang Otang
(Pronounced with the regular ang sound)
