| The Forsaken Gold Part II |

This quest is not connected to the other but apparently the old man has more lessons to teach.
The quest starts when you enter the cave Balsem... You walk into the
empty cave to see a glowing rock that can be activated. You activate
and the glow stops.... You then are teleported to a dark, long hallway
with a light in the distance. As you walk closer you see it is gold, so
you run but as you get closer you are suddenly teleported to another
hallway with a light again... As you walk closer you notice there is
gold again so you then run but you are then teleported once you get so
close to the gold. You arrive back at the place you were but with a
note in your pocket saying:
Have you not yet learned?? You ran to the gold 2 times... Do you not
know why you cannot get it?? It is forsaken! All gold is forsaken! As
though my life is forsaken! My whole life is but a never ending whole
filled with dark and strange occurences! The knowledge to each trial is
beyond what this letter says! You must know that the knowledge you seek
is not just unhealthy but insane! Gold may be power but consider power
a pendulum, Waving back and forth and that is what gold does, it makes
your life but a pendulum, always changing, never truly resting or being
content with oneself.
The Forsaken Man
You then leave the cave and apon leaving you see an old man in the
distance walking closer until he gets so close he says something:
"I cannot see your Forsakeness anymore. You have changed dear child,
you have changed for yourself and others. You now possess the knowledge
to change the fait of this world both in the next scroll to be written
and the one now written..."
You then get a boost of intelligence up 5 and the old man dissapears.
The quest ends but with answers yet untold.
