I just loaded the thieves den mod and read the captains books

is there going to be a village of dunbarrow in skyrim just like the book said
this does fall under lore

I've previously brought it up before, and it was discussed, and it was a general "no" to it being included, and due to it's position on the map, and how the mod will be organised from now on (or from what I gathered from the thread) it isn't even in a location where it could be included.
