Do we have a solution decided on for this stuff yet? If so, could it be in the next master?

That's probably the best method to use for tattoos, but we'd need different tattoo designs more like the nordic blue woad designs used in Morrowind rather than the tribal/contemporary tattoos featured in that mod.

I hadn't actually seen the tats in the mod but I assumed there were MW style Nord ones because of what someone said on ESF where I came across the link.
