Yep, download the latest version of FPS Optimizer, I think its version
2. It fills up the entire map centered on where you are. So if you are
in Cyrodiil, you'll be able to see THIS
(minus the tonnes of yellow boxes), though you wont be able to scroll
the map all the way to Morrowind, if you go to Morrowind, then the map
will be centered on Morrowind again.
Its got a few issues, like greyscale terrain appearing where you've
walked instead of coloured terrain, and it crashes when you close the
program, but these are forgivable when you have a full map, for years
everyone said this would never be done in Morrowind, but we've been
proven wrong and its awesome. Aside from those little bugs, it works
great, I totally reccomend it to anyone playing Morrowind.

That's awesome!
Now all we need is a TES3 Beyond Morrowind and it will make TES3 the best game ever

doing Skyrim. Damn, now that I think about it I feel like doing Skyrim,
it actually seems like it could be a really easy project....

Yeeees, come to the frosty side!
Well if you do ever work on a TES3: Skyrim (and I really hope do) you
are free to use any of the Skyrim for Oblivion resources...
intellectual or otherwise.

I have lots of free time, and Cyrodiil isn't exactly going anywhere
fast. It wouldn't slow down Cyrodiil much, I would of course make it a
lot smaller and more managable than Cyrodiil. I don't really need to
wait for anyone else to get it started, I can see it being quite easy
to do a big portion of it myself before needing any help.

No I didn't mean it like that, anyone is welcome to help, its just that
if you're busy its ok, because I don't mind getting it started myself if I have to.
I think I might actually just start it and see how it goes, I know I
probably shouldn't be taking on a whole lot more work, but really, I
want to because I have a good feeling that it will be fun to do. For me
it will be good having two projects to go in between whenever I need a
break from one.
I imagine it would look and feel like a larger Solstheim, though not a
huge amount bigger, but big enough. The cities wouldn't be any larger
than Bruma, most settlements would be around the size of Skaal. I've
know what its like to take on too much work, and i'm not going there
again.
I set up a little forum easy enough. I was wondering who made the
Skyrim for Oblivion banner? I wanted to use the background image from
it (well I did), just wanted to know where the image came from so that
I have permission to use it.

Damn, I see its because he's been inactive for a few months...
Do you think he'd care if I use it? Is he like a nice guy who does that kinda thing for people? This is all I did with it: Link

He quit working for Skyrim a long time ago, I don't know why exactly.
However I don't think he would mind if you used that image for a banner.
