I didn'really have enough time to think it through, but this is a quic result. Ir's bended bark plate, if you ever saw production of old wood boats you'll know how it's done. Tracks can be made of linen or some weed.

And of course the feathers. :D

Good, but those couple of feather make it look like a striped chicken Eek 1 Thats just my opinion. Overall pretty good though Good job!

OK, so I've had LOTS of free time, or at least 30 mins to draw these 2 things.
When I was drawing the heavy one I kinda forgot I was drawing Harpy-feather, so I named it heavy version. :D Heavy cuirass on the left, light cuirass on the right.

The armor is Jerkin leather. The decorations are done in light green/lime. The character is wearing a cuirass, greaves and boots.

This was the piece of concept art I drew just to decide I was good enough to do concept art for Silgrad tower, so it was my first piece. (yea I know the head is unaligned). It could fit xylo chainmail, as the lining of the inner most robe thing is made from chainmail (look behind the legs).
