Yes you can, as long as it is not the ACTUAL Aldmeris (which doesn't exist). It can be a "recreation" of Aldmeris by a team of Elven conspiritors. I think that idea sounds much more interesting anyway.

I believe that creating a mod like this would be a great idea. It would be sure to have interesting textures, and possibly new spell effects from the many Altmer that would probably be found there.

Perhaps it could get somewhat out of control about what the original conspiritors had planned? Maybe an interracial dispute between the elves, with the Altmer trying to prohibit acess to non-Altmer on the grounds that they had kept most faithful to the Aldmer?

Because he is on the Elder Scrolls devolpment team and created a lot of the lore, the elves aren't.

Aldmeris is also a word used to refer to the Aldmer as a whole.

Hahaha, he isn't. He is a character in the game world, Bethesda is purposly setting it up to let people think what they wil, and that is exactly what we ar doing, there is no definitive ansewer.

I find it more likely that if Bethesda were setting it up like that then they would say that it was a myth in the Pocket Guide, not in a different text.

In the pocket guide it specificaly sais some believe it is real, some believe it is an ideal, as well as some other theories, and none know for sure. We already went through this and you agreed to stop.
