How about A guild that is an ancient league of assasins that are employed by the ruler. They live underneath a grave yard and ackowlegde only the ruler and the Master as their leaders. They are the most ruthless killers ever and are also the most obediant. They practice all day and when they kill they must leave a card with the leagues symbol on it saying that they are marked for death and that they're end of the bargain has been fulfilled. How they get the cards is when given a mission you must first meet the quest-giver in a certain place at a certain time. When you meet they give you directions on who to kill and give you a card with the symbol. The ruler has many advisors and sends all sorts of different ones. You like?

The Dark Brotherhood is already a derranged assassin faction, and in this mod we already have the Hshashashin, we don't need a third assasin faction.

No not derranged. They are very obediant and if they could be warriors but secret warriors that would be fine............No how about mages. They could be light armor mages.
