Here's another one I whipped up. It's a simple tent for bandits,
clans/tribes and maybe beggars. The construction is very simple, with
two support posts on each side and the horizontal post over the top. It
is then covered with whatever can be found, branches, twigs, leaves etc.
Another idea based on this is replacing the supports with treas, and
having one log going across two trees. I might draw this tommorow.

Greetings, folks!
I'm unsure whether this is the ideal place to offer one's help, but the
topic says 'Concept Art' after all. I'd love to help flesh out some
ideas, if you'll have me. Most of what I do is rather sketchy, I
suppose, but I can get detailed when prodded.
Now these are'nt really of the Skyrim variety, but I thought you'd like a peek at what I can do:
Doodle
Another Doodle
Character Sketch
Another Character
Detail
Detail2
Mugshot
Clothing
Action Sketch
Mongol-esque Sort
Just holler if you want something done.

Welcome to the Skyrim for Oblivioin team Aun
glad to have you with us! I love the concept art, most of it looks very Nordic. Out of curiosity do you have any CS abilities?
Hmm, we could use a set of concepts for some high roofed Nordic
buildings, similar to the sketches by xfir a few posts back, but more
detailed, and a whole set of them. We could also use some "rundown"
barbarian looking huts, kind of lopsided little wood and stone
structurs with thatched roofs, very poor and beat up looking, something
you'd find in a remote forest settlement surrounded by a palisade wall
and full of animal skin wearing savages.
We could use some miscellaneous armor and weapon concepts. Also could
you try sketching some wolf and bear armors, but make the shapes look
like they are parts of Oblivion fur and leather armors, but pieced
together and retextured. |

Thanks, Siegfried. I was going for a Cossack/Tartar approach for the
latter pics, but I suppose the first few have a more Nordic look.
Sadly, I don't have any CS experience. However, I'm not above learning.

Got ya. I'll take a look at those sketches and see what I can do.

Let me see if I understand you -- you want new texture concepts,
basically? Same meshes but something new and furry? If so, sure, I'll
give it a shot.

Could you start a new thread for each new set of art please? Also I can
help you out with learning the CS if you'd like, I have an idea for a
simple task that would be a good learning experience.
Basically that's what I want for bear and wolf armors, but sketch the
helms to be unique like animal heads, I'll get someone to custom model
them. Maybe base on of the cuirass of the savior's hide. |

Okiedokie, new threads for new sets of art. Got it. And something other
than the standard issue headgear for the fur armour... (I must be the
only one who does'nt hate that one.
)
One wee question though -- the CS and all that, will it occupy a lot of
space? I'm a bit cramped on a 20 gig drive at present, so every meg
counts.
And my cordial thanks for your welcome and compliments, Sulan. I'll do my best not to disappoint.

Peachy, that should'nt be a problem. I'll go grab the CS from Beth then.
