Because they're still pissed over what happened in the last thread. They also closed it because of chatting.

I can't model a thing, so I'm of no help there. If you do decide to
make the pole-ax you might ask around about the hole thingy.

Start out by making a vertex ring around the concept art, and surround
the holes in verteces, then just make all the faces.

Looking good, do you think you could curve the top of the axe (the handle part) curve a bit like in the concept?
Thanks

The concept isn't up here so I can't remember how curvy stuff is supposed to be. But it looks damn good to me.

It's Stridsman, copied from Chitin bow. It looks fine indeed.

This is the bow
, its the Stridsman bow as Mormacil said (he was the one that did the concept
). I'll probably do the Camoran Bow next, I liked the look of that to.

Np
.
Well although this isn't really related to weapon development as such I
finally decided to learn how to make some animated cloth
.
Cloth 1
Cloth 2
Cloth 3
Animated
Dunno if Oblivion will let me use cloth bits like that on swords though :/.
Well thought I would just like to share that with people
.

*Stops himselfs from hopping up and down* So does this, by any chance, mean that you can animate?
*Looks at the cloth animation* Wow, thats damn nice. Iwonder will it slow down gameplay? It look amazing.

Haha thanks for the comments, and yes I can animate....well...to a
degree. I can do basic stuff like particle effects, moving/rotating
objects, making cloth animations (obviously
), explosions oh and I once animated a "stick" man moving his arms around ^-^.

So does that basicness include big bird animations? Or say perhaps some
Imga, emmm, creatures? No I'm going to far with this, will you animate
our armour and possibly some weapons? Then if my dream comes true a big
bird
Anyways, will that cloth animation slow down gameplay? We could use some of those.

Heh yeah I know how I COULD animate a big bird but I cant actually do
it yet. I could animate armour and weapons if you wanted. And no I
doubt that cloth would slow gameplay seeing as how its a plane.

Cool. So we have an animator
Too bad about the cloth. It looked nice. Jade Empire had some nice
cloth animations, and they never slowed down gameplay. But that is
probably because it's a completely different game.
