Hope you understand it now
I admit the point/top of the blade looks a bit small, might want to
tweak that a little, but I think you can see the changes I like to see.

Just to prove I haven't crawled into a hole somewhere and died, I've
finally gotten around to making that little change Mormacil requested.
It took a surprising amount of work to rework the mesh to it, but I
think the resultant shape is fairly good - less extravagant, more
practical orcish 'let me cut you in half'-ness.
Regards,
Windy

Looking great mate, i'm just following your tutorial in rigging a bow
for use in my islands mod for valenwood. I can't model so used a mesh
from a Morrowind resource which I've going to edit the texture for. The
problem is that it was made from three textures whihc then cant be
rigged so I've spent the last hour uv mapping to one texture and
redoing the textures all in one.

I'm pleased to see that tutorial is still being used.
I might be wrong about this, but going off memory, it's perfectly
possible to have multiple NiTriShapes groups in a bow mesh including
many which DON'T morph. My point is, you may well not need to redo that
mesh, simply leave it as is and morph the parts that do move. Also, I'm
not sure if you can set it to have morphs on several meshes.

I have a great program for UVing. Only problem is it puts the thing on
the mesh so you have to use it with another great program for
texturing. I've being trying to see if the export to Photoshop option
works but so far all I got was errors. Perhaps a separate plugin is
needed.
