Installation Problems

I just installed Silgrad Tower mod for oblivion and im having troubles..

I turned the mod on and started playing... I wents to the Cyrodill/Marrowind border and it told me to turn back....

I think I placed the wrong files in the wrong places.... or...

When I was placing files the Read-me said something about a portal... is that how to get in? If so, where is it?

Could someone smarter than me please assist me in getting the mod to work?

You walked too far ---> and reached the limit of the the map (Tamriel worldspace, Cyrodiil). ---> You have to turn back.

Go to the console (~).
Type for the cave: cow"tamriel"30,34

For the portals type: cow"SilgradTowerLand"-30,-23
