I'll just try and get a hold of ArthmodeusD, and find out whats the source of naming that river Xylo, as it would be strange if thats the one with that name.. Only thing I can find is A Dance in Fire and as far as I know thats rather vague on location of the river..
As for that is specify that Elsweyr have both banks of the River I would have thought they had one from before, thats why I begin wondering on that map.. Even so A Dance in Fire wasn't vague on location at all.. The River might continue longer though..

Sorry RW. And the idea of Valenwood having small Khajiiti settlements sounds great.
For ALL my concept art in one place look here:

I don't want to start a dispute, but what if the Xylo River is actually so long that it crosses the border into Elsweyr..... but the desert is there though. Oh, maybe it curves southeast into Elsweyr.
Though there could be the possibility that there is a Xylo River in Valenwood and another in Elsweyr. Probably the expansion took another river, and the Khajiits named it the Xylo River. These could all be possibilities. Also, I don't think that the Elsweyr border should go that deep into Valenwood. I think we should leave it like how it looks in the Pocket Guide to the Empire, 'cause the map in that book is Bethesda's and the book came out due to the fact that the Septim bloodline was going to end, and how Tamriel looks in the rule of Uriel Septim. So the borders should be kept just how the Empire currently has them. |

its just talk about a small area thus the river have to be longer. Or another river, which I doubt.
