Bhuru Shaman Faction Armours
The second Faction poll to decide the armour and equipment for the different Factions concerns the Bhuru Shaman.
It's basically a choice of one (and maybe two) out of four here. Bear in mind that I'm unlikely to use the helmets for any of these sets as Argonian shaman will be wearing the headresses associated with them. See this mod for how that looks: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6553 . The previous selection suggested the warmagerobe that you will see in the standard collection. It's simple...and that's it's beauty because I don't think shaman should be exceptionally well dressed. Their power is in their magic anyway. Nevertheless, the warmagerobe is the first option. Second is the Bear armour (pic #1). Third is the Wolf armour (pic #2). And fourth is the Shalk armour (pic #3 shows a similar armour but the Shalk armour uses bone shoulder pads, the same skulls but a slightly more decorative front. Bear in mind that some of these armours may also be applicable to the Ka'Pura and other Argonian tribes or bandits. Please remember that I have to clear these selections with the makers of the mod before introducing them. Finally, you can check the development of these ideas from this thread that contains a number of the other options with links to the mods: Armour and Weapon Assignations to Factions and this thread which contains the previous 'final decisions': List of Factions .

RE: Bhuru Shaman Faction Armours
i prefer the shalk out of these choices, as it seems the most unique,
There may be room fro modifications after we've recieved permissions etc.? Maybe adding some of the tribal clutters to belts etc. x edd

I think you should make some new, unique robe/armor for Shamans. None of these armors are very good for a shaman.
The first one is good for a Skyrim hunter. Second one is like an assasin or a thief, definitely not shaman. Third one is better, i like the skull necklace(or whatever it is). But i think, somethink like this would be the best: http://images.tribe.net/tribe/upload/pho...740a96a025 http://www.firstpeople.us/pictures/chall...Shaman.jpg http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/co...oll%29.jpg http://www.mimosaspirit.com/images/Shamanism.jpg And for decorating the faction, lot of pagan stlyed stuff like horns, mushrooms etc. If you need any help about Shamanism, ask me, cuz i've learned a lot about.. |

I'm afraid I have to agree with Senten. None of the armours would be my preferred choice. Is there a picture of the warmage robes?

On second thoughts, I don't think the warmage robes are suitable at all. I guess we won't have to use the Shaman any time soon so I guess I could put these guys on hold. Nevertheless, the Shalk armour (and the 'Sixth House' armour which is what you actually see here) is an excellent choice for the Ka'Pura tribe as a whole. Some shaman may wear this in some situations but, yes, I'd prefer something of the sort that Senten suggests...it's just a case of getting such an item.
In fact, it may be worth seeing if PacificMorrowind, who is a highly proficient and prolific modeller, would be willing to help out with the clothing. If I remember rightly, he's classed as a bit of a clothing expert. Thanks for the concepts, Senten!

Yeah, see if PacificMorrowind can help. I don't really like the clothing choices in this thread so far..

Yeah, don't let those little turds get you down. Dingleberries stick for a while, but eventually they fall off.
