S'Revvi the3 Cook is the final member of the skooma traders group

This Khajiit is one of the best cooks around when it comes to seafood, all the sailors will tell you this

Modest Decor, bar seating only, need to make a menu with some different items listed and prices (just to have it) a grill to cook on

The Basement serves as a prostitute den, in_c_stone tileset
2 rooms with "ladies of the evening" there should be a doorway which will be used to connect VH-022
