I would be willing to give it a shot. Im not very experienced with the construction set yet, but this is just the kind of thing to get me really into working with it!

TwilightOblivion: Sure, anyone is welcome to help. At the moment though, the tileset seems to have a few bugs that need squashing out. So, if you have any experience with NIF files, you could try to help. If you'd like to do a dungeon right away, that's fine too, though I can't guarantee that we will be able to use it until we know what the problem is. Right now, this is the only Elsweyr world developing we have at the moment, but we should have more stuff available after Arsonide and DarkAsmodeous fix the landscape.

As I said, im a newbie with the CS, but once you fix the bugs in the tileset I will start working on it. And these are just retextured cave tiles, so I could begin formulating possible layouts using the existing cave tiles?

You could, but you'd have to replace them afterward. The Search and Replace function is really useful for this kind of thing.

Well, the pieces are exactly the same. No mine pieces or exteriors yet, but all 350 (I think that number) of the NIFs composing the actual architecture is there, so go ahead, no worries, they should all be there when it is finished.

I just downloaded the tileset, and I'm going to do some bug-testing. I'll let you know how that goes.
... even though I don't know crap about nif's, I'll try to help.

Thanks DarkEclipse. You can drag them into the Render just fine, but when you close, it'll say shaders 1, 15 and 26 are leaking (as if I knew what that meant ) and then it will say it needs to shut down. Nothing to prevent building, but I want to know if it can cause problems in the long term.

Actually, I just dragged a few tiles into the render window.
No errors, at all. All the fancy shaders seem to be working, the rocks are shiny, and overall it looks good. EDIT: When I say 'no errors', I mean I haven't encountered any, and there was no pop-ups about such things.
