I'm not sure... I mean going too far into the marshes is SUPPOSED to be dangerous...
plus, if you are friendly with an Argonian tribe you could always drop by for a healing, cause the Argonians know how to treat these diseases with Herbal Brews and other techniques... Confused

hrug: I don't see what's the big deal... plus if you ARE an Argonian character, even better, you are already very resistant... and if you really want to argue with me..... well go to Morrowind... at least on Vvardenfell the Temples are nice and will probably have cure disease training like at Gnisis

DISEASE is a feature of Argonia, and for this reason I have voted for more than 13 diseases.

Why the diseases? Well, if you didn't have an insidious enemy, lurking in the marshes of Argonia, it wouldn't be Argonia - just be a watery version of Cyrodil!

I suggest making the diseases slow in effect but persistent, somewhat like malaria is today, and hard to cure. Thus an Argonian disease would slowly sap one or more of your attributes, and cannot be cured by a spell: you must find the antidote in a potion.

This makes Argonia the perfect 'search for potion' quest material.

There could be an upside for diseases though. If you have had a disease, and have been cured of it, you could get an increase in your attribute! Somewhat like being cured of Vampirism in Morrowind...
