I wasn't saying a complete formed six pack, I was talking about peopel like Gerard Butler.
His abs weren't body builder abs, they were warrior abs. There is a big difference in this. They aren't shaped as much, and they are closer to being flat then round.

Here are more realistic abs that come from real fighters who train for real, not abs created by body-building workouts for Hollywood movies. If you look at the UFC abs and Gerard's abs they look a lot the same, just Gerard's have angled lighting to make them look bigger.
Trust me, lighting helps A LOT.
When another person makes you suffer, it is because he suffers deeply within himself, and his suffering is spilling over. He does not need punishment; he needs help.

Quote:Originally posted by Intranetusa I do think that Bronze may be heavier than that. US soldiers wear mostly cloth, though padded, and they also someimes use lightweight bulletproof armor. The weight probably comes from all the stuff they just lug around, just in case. Back in the days of the Spartans, fighting meant you needed to be powerful, well built, and able to thrust a spear through 5 people. Now, fighting is as simple as the click of a trigger, which is why not all of them have six packs. But, I'm positive a good number of American soldiers do.
Lol what?

"able to thrust a spear through 5 people"
Exaggeration of course XD Actually I should be more specific. What I meant by "Hollywood six packs" are incredibly defined and budging six packs that could only be the result of targeted training of a specific muscle group. Those are from body building, as opposed to training. ie. Body builders vs weight lifters So I'm comparing the difference between a body builder's six packs and a warrior's/fighter's six packs.

It's a movie.
Why are we arguing about it? Seems rather pointless now. Hmmm, is thrusting through 5 people exaggeration? It could happen if they were all wearing cloth, you had a very very long spear, and the strength of 10 bulls. <-----also exaggeration I guess
Lol what?
