Hang on...is a quad the same as a square on the height map?
I have 16 of those now, and i will have a vew more (maybe 4).

Ok...i have tested the landscape in game again to see how the new hills look, and they look great! :bananarock: I have created a large lake high in the hill, it's a bit like Loch Ness(sp?) The harbor at septimia looks like it can hold a very large fleet Next will be the terrain at Ionith

At some point we are going to need to figure out a couple of issues.
1. What format(s) are we going to release this in. Will it be in some kind of esm or exe file? Or will we have a bunch of esps packed together with textures. 2. Are we going to try to completely fill the landscape, or will we leave space for other modders to add their own mods? 3. Do we want to give blanked permission for people to add what they want? Or should we request they talk to us first to make sure there won't be any conflicts with additions we plan to make? I've got one spot in my game where there are three map markers almost right on top of eachother. Ruins of Tarnesia, Shadowroot Tower and a cave(which was already in the game). Once we decide on format to release it in, we need to learn how to put our mod in that format. I've never created an esm file. Or an exe file for that matter.

You cannot have a bucnh of .esps because .esp cannot contact eachother as you learned with snow dragon temple. You have one .esm for akavir, and one .esp to bridge the two .esms.

The reason I'm raising the issue about the form is because esps cannot talk to eachother.

The ONLY way for it to possibly work, is the way I lined out, if you cna find another way then great, but there is none, and we arn't limeted in any way with this structure.

I miss them too DA, modding was a lot simpler with Morrowind.
And i will leave some space for other modders on my landscape
