[1ST]T[/1ST]his is what a heightmap looks like, this is what it does when it catches hold of you, it's eating me alive and very soon now it will kill me.

Technically speaking it would be against the rules to use something that contains MW assets, but I would say this is far from being my call. Just figured I'd let you know it uses modified MW textures.

Actually if MW textures are cut up and modified it should be legal to use them as a collage. There is a thread about that way back in the Skyrim Visual Dev Section.

I've never heard that rule, but as for these textures in particular they're just chopped up and rescaled MW textures according to the creator. Personally I dont see why anyone would want to use such low res textures on an Oblivion mesh.

What about models, how can Beth tell if a model is theirs if it was slightly modified? I doubt there are hidden ways in which they mark their models, so that would mean a modified model would need to have a certain level of uniqueness to qualify as a new model (just guessing here though).

Well that is something that only a modeller could easily recognize. I for one would pretty much instantly know if a mesh was mine just by the edgelooping on the mesh. Each modeller has his/her own way of going about things and solving mesh issues which he/she would easily recognize when looking at the wireframe.
