Here is version that I believe can be merged. There is some minor bleeding/ floating, but I would have to remove the rugst to get rid of that and I prefer to keep them there. I did fix some other floating chairs that were not on a rug.

The Dialogue.
Create your own topics for the BedYes, BedNo and Bed topics --> don't use the Oblivion topics. You created two info's for each disposition of >40 (and >=40), >=30 and <30. The top one in the list (of the two info's with the same disposition) will be displayed (higher priority) the other won't be displayed (ever (*)). (*) Except for the the topic with a disp. of >40 (the disp. has to be 40, if it's higher the other info with a disp. of >=40 has a higher priority). Define the dispositions per info e.g. it will be displayed between >=30 and <40 etc. Add the topics to the "Greeting" through the result script listing.

Please recheck the info's for the bed topic.
Remove the disp. >=0 (all of them). Two topics won't be displayed.

The first one is a npc error. Easy to fix.

If the player rents the room first, then lowers the NPC's disposition below 30, the NPC will tell the player he/she can't stay even though the room is already rented. If you add the GetScriptValue (rent value) == 0 condition to the bed refusal dialogue, that shouldn't happen.
Also, you should rename the topic titles. Right now, they've got the same name as the ID. (IE change the topic text of STBDNoc3Bed from "STBDNoc3Bed" to "Bed") Don't change the ID. Look at the screenshot. This should be done with the choices as well. The option to use the bed should be set up as a choice. Look at the screenshot. The STBDNoc3Bed topic should be added in the GREETING even if the disposition isn't high enough. It won't make a difference in the sense that the player wouldn't be able to rent the bed anyway until he/she raises the NPC's disposition. Have you playtested the file? |

I have playtested it and the 2 males says that they don't have a greeting.
