Redguards
I found a neat little bay north of Sadrith mora maybe we could have some Shacks standing out of the water make a small replica of the docks of Hla Oad. Make a small Reguard clan that relies on the waters for life. They could use dreugh and bonemold armor. They made friends with local dreugh colony. Maybe make some quests to help them make their island more inhabitable. I thought it could be a little neat quest thread maybe like 7-10 quests from fighting off some ashlanders get some dreugh wax and some fish scales and other little quests like. Maybe Biggest Quest could be defending the little village off of raiding pirates.

First: Dude, we have a helluva lot of quests planned for the time being... I know youre bursting with good ideas, but focus on the main first
Second: So the redguards are friends with the dreughs and wear dreugh armor |

Just to add to what Harikari said in a word of friendly advice: You've seem to have an absolute ton of ideas Ebony, but before throwing them out please do the following...
1) Check the forums here to see if it's already been addressed at all (there was already a post about the Census and Excise in existence before you made yours, creating the problem of two simultanious threads) 2) Ask yourself if it's something that would really fit with what we're already trying to do? Would it add more work to the project than it would yield results? (such as adding a Redguard colony) 3) Ask yourself if it's something that makes sense based upon what you know of the existing game world and the way the real world works. You could look for something about it in the Imperial Library, skim through old TR threads (they've got a lot of things that were discussed at various times). I've also found that the story Arvil Bren's Morrowind Journal is very helpful for understanding Vvardenfell politics and society. 3) Look closely to see if there is an existing thread that it could fall under before just creating a new one. (The 9 Divines, C&E, this one, and probably some of your others would have fit nicely under one of the Faction discussion threads. Don't worry, if the ideas get approved, they'll get their own space. ) 4) Remember that we're not trying to be harsh or just shoot down your ideas. We'd love to have your help in this. I don't want to offend anyone but generally speaking I personally believe "I would like to mod..." is a better way to start a quest suggestion than "I think we should...", because the former assumes no-one else than oneself will be 'forced' to work according to someone else's creativity. It's not a reflection on Ebonyknight's or anyone else's ideas in particular, it's just that... well... quest ideas are commonplace and it's usually more rewarding to carry through one's own quests instead of someone else's. Main quests are different because their scope requires collaboration, but still.
That's one of the ideas we're thinking of having over in the Silgrad Tower team, that suggesting a quest comes with the implication that the one suggesting it will be the one modding it. In my personal opinion that's a good way to ensure quality control early on because if you yourself have to carry through your quest more or less on your own, you'd want to examine the quest from all possible angles and cover all bases and possible outcomes. Ideas that aren't really up to par would probably be nipped in the bud too by the one who thinks of it. I get ideas all the time, and mull them about in my head. Some of them end up in not being possible to realize, some are just bad, and then I'm glad they never left my head. Hope I didn't offend anyone. Just my 2 cents you know.
