[Request] Lower Class Double Dunmer Bed

I tried using just boxes some time ago, stil didn't work. So right now I'm just working with the kind of collision I like, it's a little too late to change the fort set, but I can try with the bed. But the problem is not that there isn't arrow penetration, the problem is that the thinks I'm using a stone material, even though I told it to use wood. I'm doing what I can to fix it.

About the fps hit, I haven't experienced anything unusual...

Here's what I did:

- Re-added the furn markers,
- Added a bhkListShapes block; arrows should penetrate and stick now.
- Renamed the NIF to match perceived ST conventions.
- Renamed the tex to match perceived ST conventions.
- Added the tex to the NIF.

Note: The tex still needs a normal map.

I don't understand why the boxes didn't work. Did you do it similarly to how I did in the youtube video? Try that, and if it still doesn't work check out the max scene I attached.

Trust me. Primitive-based collision is more efficient then packed trishapes by a factor of 10. I don't know how efficient it is compared to unpacked trishapes like yours but I would estimate a factor of 50. Spheres are best, after that comes capsules, boxes and convex. Well I know that it didn't work at the time. I must have done something wrong since it works now. I am a little worried about my round stuff and stairs.

Just a guess but perhaps you deleted collision objects after you've added them to the bhkRigidBody helper? That's an easy mistake to make. It will mess up the bhkListShape, but it's easy to fix - just delete the helper, add a new one and re-add the collision objects.

I could also mention that you can use the scale gizmo on both capsules and spheres, which makes them very versatile. It works directly on spheres while the changes to capsules aren't exported - but it's easy to fix. Add a bhkTransformShape inbetween the capsule and bhkRigidBodyT; if you scaled the capsule 167% on one plane then set that plane's scale of the bhkTransformShape to 1,67.

I can't comment on the tech stuff, but it all looks good to me.

SACarrow: It's close to perfect. The only things I noticed was that the Amb/Dif/Spec color settings were off, it lacked tangent space information, and hadn't been optimized with amorilia's script. I made the changes and added it to the next private asset update.

Dave_91: Can you set up the doublebed in our mod through your current/next plugin?
