SHC06 "Edalra Strayawin's House" [Finished]
Size: 2 stories and large basement
Model:ChorrolHouseMiddle08int Description Edalra is the town philanthropist, and she has single-handedly cleared the streets of begers by puting them up in her basement in exchange for a bit of work. Besides that, feel free to make the house as you like, and it would be great if you could make a few quest seeds. Please note: The claim is NOT your's untiled granted by myself. Make the .esp reliant on only Oblivion.esm and do not connect the house to the exterior. Have fun!

About the basement door... As JONJON pointed out, The house model itself has no doorway, so I can either place a door in it without a doorway, Like this:
Or just place a trap-door down to where the beggars live. What do you think would be best? |

Ok, I've had time off college and so I had a lot of free time lately. I think it's ready for review. I've learned a lot about modding these past few days, I'd never really attempted dialogue or AI scheduling before now.
I'm pretty sure everything works how it should... One problem I can't seem to eliminate is that 3 characters from SteadHelm (Not ones I have created), keep deciding to come to Edalra's house and wander around it. Must be something to do with their AI schedule because I certainly never had anything to do with it! Other than that, it seems to work. In order to get to the basement, you must acquire a key, talk to Edalra for that. I included the means to start a quest, although i did not actually create a quest to go with it. If you talk to Nachael, one of the beggars in the basement, he'll ask you if you would deliver a note to his sister in Reich Parkeep. I thought I'd leave the quest for now, although i'd be happy to work on it in the future. Please tell me what you think, most of all i'm concerned about how much clutter I included... do you think there's enough? Cheers, |
