Full AI: Eat, sleep, one drink and/or read package. I'll set the rotation for the Northmarker and connect the interior to the exterior. Add a few windows to the interior and to the exterior building as well (matching with the interior). Do not use too many poor objects, use rich objects and redware objects. For reasons of playtesting it's often handy to add a X marker (heading). When you use the console (~), type coc "XX", replace the "XX" with your cell name. Background. A small tavern where the local merchants have a drink after they returned from the market. The owners have a house of their own, I'll post the corresponding claim asap. Use the existing cell (SilgradCity0415) and don't delete the exterior building.

Can I take this one, please?
I assume there isn't already a name for this place, right? Should I still create the owners if they live somewhere else? Actually - on second thought, can I claim that owner's house so that I can finish the tavern completely with the NPCs once this claim is finshed and merged?

I've cluttered and pathgridded the tavern (including merchant chest).
I didn't create any NPCs, because I didn't get a response to the above post, but I made a faction and gave it cell ownership. I didn't know what to name the tavern so I just thought of a random name - The Saint Seryn Tavern.

I've claimed an interior for the owners - please could I create the owners in that separate claim so that I can put the AI and Dialogue all in with them at the same time?
