In the spirit of democracy I voted no. If I disregard any other concerns I might have on the subject, then no is my honest and personal opinion. But in the same spirit of democracy I have no problems accepting I'm in the minority. =)

Just continue Silgrad Tower without SI content whatever we say.
Do what is best for the project and not because the community wants it.

 The outcome is clear and the Silgrad Tower esm will be dependent on the Shivering Isles Oblivion esm (as of now).
