I dont see anyway this mod could help us? what we build some isles so the houses can fight on them not. that takes away from lore and everything we aight playing fable here.

it's only the battle system could help us in the final battle, of course on an entirely different land, but if the battle system plays out good, we could use the idea, or parts of itso instead we make tha last battle a sword bashing hack party, we make it a strategical battle.

No genius, we'd use a slightly modified version of the battle system, not the island or the whole mod.

He said a system where factions invade each other and stuff. He's using an island since he wants to custom develop a landmass for his mod. We use the system he's making in Vvardenfell if its made and its good enough and we have permission from him. It might or might not help us, we don't know until he makes it.

Sounds like he didn't get very far in his MW edition of it; not withstanding that though, I read about a wip involving a seige event mod using goblins and city guards.
It seemed pretty cool actually, the idea of waves of goblins engaging waves of troops every nightfall seemed like a ton of fun. No lootable items, but the idea of having the city guards reward you for x amount of assists or kills would be kind of a fun repetitive quest. This also seems more realistic to mod into the game, as the interaction is pretty straightforward (spawn some guys, make em fight, rinse repeat).

this will be very useful... we can even make custom battle-gear...
like banners... which will actually be a "torch" that is a banner model that can sway in the wind and has no lighting effect...
or horns which will use the drink-potion animation but when it is "drunk" it will be triggered to make a horn-blast sound
or trigger all the troops to yell or curse at the same time, or archers all shoot at the same time

the AI to make the troops go in formation will be tougher than just a mod of course...

He tried to make it for Morrowind but it was harder because of no Radiant ai.

Custom battle gear would be cool, I don't know how we could make ai go into formation though, but it'd be cool.
