I'd just make teleport spells require at least a skill level of 50 or 75.
Now Multi-Mark, that would be cool.

There are old morrowind mods that add multiple mark/rec spells.

The shrine is going to be hard and i only wanted the intervention for Vvardenfell lol, well i will get to it and hopefully have something added very soon.

It would be funny to see, how about this when casting an intervention spell there is a small chance you would end up in a random shrine or somwhere like that because the spell is not perfect.

maybe... your skill in Mysticism defines how accurate?
and we assume that if you are a member of the Tribunal Temple you are faithful enough and also have the skillto have a better Almsivi intervention? it COULD be a nuisance though hrug: thats something we need to consider |

I have taken a look at the teleportation spell and it seems possible, all i have to do is make a script that prompts a message asking what place you want to go to then using XMArkers the player will be posistioned there in the city.
