What about that side cloak? Wear it around the body and they apear covered, and the mobility is more important.

Ya that sounds right. I think the Desert Corps should be one of the best legions in Tamriel to go along with their cool armor

About the whole plate issue... At most you should have 3 plates. One breastplate, and 2 small plates on the lower & upper back for mobility. Light leather holds the armor together, while lots of cloth are used for simple protection against nature & sticks. There should be a long cloak along one side, to drape across oneself for sleeping or protection against a sudden rainstorm (deserts, when they get rain, and have extremely fierce rainstorms). Not to mention protection against heat...

Thanks for the post, will you be joining us? And a bump if you will on ESF would be nice, but include some comments.

I came up with a few names that I thought would fit a Desert Legion and it's forts, here they are: Sand Reavers, The Aratek Assailers, The Red Viper Legion, Sandspears, Sunspears, Ebony Reavers, Dune Snakes, Sand Snakes, Fort Dunemoth, Fort Africanus, Bloodstorm Trackers.
I also think they should be excellent marksman, trackers, & Spear wielding warriors ![]() |

I like Red Vipers the best, where'd the idea come from?
